Who we are
The data controller is Stoic Software Ltd, company number 16439321, registered at 44 St. Cuthberts Drive, Sacriston, Durham DH7 6XE.
What we collect
If you send the booking form, we keep what you typed: your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, and your enquiry. That’s the lot.
Why we collect it
So we can reply to you. That is the only use. We don’t sell it, share it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list — there isn’t one.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to see how the site gets used. If you accept on the banner, it sets a couple of cookies so repeat visits count as one person; if you decline, you’re counted anonymously with no cookies at all. Either way, no advertising trackers, ever. The booking form also sets one strictly necessary security cookie — it stops forged submissions, identifies nobody, and expires when you close your browser.
Changed your mind?
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they’re live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case the conversation picks back up. If you’d like yours deleted, say so and it will be.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email mark@stoicsoftware.co.uk and a person will sort it out.
